Greetings from The Cold Cut Duo
It's our maiden voyage here at Deli Crawl and we are very excited to get to share our experiences with all our fans. We LOVE a well made sandwich and are on the hunt to find the best of the best. Our first outing takes us to Caesars Delicatessen.
Caesars has two locations in Bakersfield (Ghetto Eastside on Niles and Westside on Brimhall). We visited the Brimhall location on this visit.
This visit we both purchased specialty sandwiches. Peter had a Tuscan Chicken Sandwich on Squaw bread. I chose the Cajun Chicken Sandwich on Sourdough. We both made them into a combo meal that included Chips and a Drink. They have a nice variety of chips to choose from and Peter was overjoyed for the Coke Zero. Below you can see our ratings for Caesars.
Overall we enjoyed these sandwiches very much. They were a good size and had great flavor. They were a little slow coming out but they were both toasted so that could be a reason. Price is a little on the high side but with the size of the sandwich, it could be reasonable. Total scores for Caesars are a bit low but this is because tables were dirty and they were a little slow. In the end we are looking for the best sandwich and these would definitely rank up towards the top. We will be sure to return in the future. I recommend everyone try Caesars Delicatessen and let us know what you think.
In the end, Caesars Deli gets our stamp of approval....
